Professor Bulbulia received his LL.B. from the London School of Economics and LL.M. from the University of Michigan. He is a barrister at law of the Middle Temple and an advocate before the Supreme Court of South Africa. He has published in the areas of corporations and professional responsibility. He has taught at the University of New Brunswick, Canada, and as an adjunct professor at Rutgers and New York Law School. He came to Seton Hall in 1972.
