Professor Clancy received his
A.B. and LL.B. from the University of Maine. He has worked in the Office of the Solicitor, U.S. Department of Labor; served as acting director, Legal Services Program, Office of Economic Opportunity; and was director of the Center on Social Welfare Policy and Law, Columbia University School of Law. He has taught at Texas Southern University School of Law and published in the areas of constitutional law, labor law and federal jurisdiction. He came to Seton Hall in 1973.
