Program 9: Global Concerns

Environmental concerns must of necessity be addressed at the international level. A vast array of conventions address environmental concerns and embody innovative techniques such as the Framework Convention and the Precautionary principle. The Law of the Sea has entered into force embodying rights and obligations for the international community.
