Professor Diab received his B.S. and LL.B. from Fordham University and became a Barrister at Law of Lincoln's Inn. He has been a visiting professor at Wayne State University, Washington University, Loyola of Los Angeles, and St. Louis University, as well as an adjunct professor at Rutgers, The State University. He has published in the area of decedents' estates and is the author of Probate Reform in New Jersey (4th Edition, 1990), co author of New Jersey Estate Administration (2nd Edition, 1990), and editor of the eight-volume New Jersey Practice series on Wills and Administration. He has been on the Boad of Trustees of the New Jersey Institute for Continuing Legal Education since 1973 and recently was awarded that organization's first Distinguished Service Award. He is also a member of the Editorial Board of the New Jersey Law Journal. He came to Seton Hall in 1958 and served as associate dean from 1971-76 and 1984-86 and as acting dean in 1977-78.
