Your file must be formatted in a mail merge format (for example, an Excel spreadsheet). No disks will be accepted! All files must be e-mailed to Maria Capra at capramar@shu.edu. The Office of Career Services (OCS) will not make any changes to your file, you should confirm that your name is on your file and remember to keep a backup copy of the file. You are responsible for requesting the letters from individual professors. Career Services will then coordinate your mailing on a first-come, first-served basis. Mailings will not be sent until this form is completed and your application packets have been submitted to OCS. Please keep in mind that OCS will process letters of recommendation for full-time faculty only (and collect all other letters) and pay for postage of your packets (100 limit).
