FIVE YEAR OPTION

Check here if you would like to fulfill the remainder of your five-year pledge in gradual increments.  For example, with a $1,000 pledge, $20.12 would be paid in year one, $105 in year two, $125 in year three, $250 in year four and $500 in the last year of your open pledge.
