Position
Summary:
Responsibilities include managing key portions of the Company’s
Corporate Compliance function with special emphasis and focus on
Sales, Marketing and Promotional Compliance. Position requires
strong leadership to manage both routine and critical situations
corporate wide.
Primary
Job Responsibilities:
- Developing
and assessing corporate compliance programs, training, adherence
and effectiveness including PhRMA Compliance, OIG Compliance,
Sales and Marketing Promotional Compliance.

Constructing - monitoring and auditing programs for sales and
marketing activity, grants, sponsorships, medical education,
off-label promotion, advisory boards, speaker programs, medical
and professional affairs.
- Managing
internal risk assessments and investigations.
- Vendor
interaction - management of vendor relationships.

Integrating compliance controls into the scope of existing
business practices company wide.
- Develop
and delivery of formal compliance training through various
methods including formal presentations, on-line training,
workshops, written materials. Training subject matter such as
HIPAA Compliance, training the company’s general Corporate
Compliance program, Sales & Marketing Compliance and Medical
Affairs.

Maintaining strict ethical, legal adherence and confidentiality
at all times.
- Provide
Regular Reports as required including budget updates. Review of
state disclosures, Health Care Professional (HCP) spend.

Coordinating and managing investigations – reporting findings,
overseeing corrective action to be taken.
Additional

Qualifications:
Education:
4 year Degree –
additional education a plus
Experience
Minimum 2-7 years
Corporate Compliance or similar experience
Knowledge,
Skills, and Abilities:
Organization, analytic, project management and team building skills.
Excellent oral and written communication skills, technical skills,
Word, Excel, PowerPoint, proofreading, editing skills, Strong
Interpersonal Skills, Presentation Skills.
