Please note that as with all IT positions, set work hours are GENERAL estimates. IT emergencies can occur at any time and installs, upgrades and systems maintenance must be performed at off-peak hours as not to interrupt user workflow.  These factors impact how closely the above schedule can be followed, as overtime does not exist for professionals.   

Please be understanding if the above work hours are not strictly adhered to as complex computer systems must be attended to whenever the need arises, which include nights, weekends and holidays...  which no one sees...
