The
Seton Hall Legislative Journal invites the submission of
unsolicited manuscripts on all legislative topics.
Manuscripts must be submitted in traditional footnote
format.
The
Seton Hall Legislative Journal endeavors to preserve the
individuality of each author's work. The Seton Hall
Legislative Journal edits articles for spelling,
grammar, and citation form. Writing style and
substantive structure are not revised without the
express consent of the author.
Citations
generally conform to The Bluebook: A Uniform System of
Citation (18th ed. 2005).
The Legislative Journal prefers that articles
(and expedite requests) be submitted via ExpressO
or directly through e-mail to
LegBureau@shu.edu. If
you are unable to submit your article electronically,
please mail hard
