The
Peter W. Rodino, Jr. Law Library is a
research facility serving
Seton Hall University students, alumni, and
the Bench and Bar of New Jersey. In
1992, the Law Library opened its modern
facilities providing three levels for study and research in a spacious and comfortable
environment.
The Law Library's collection
covers a wide array of law and law-related
subjects. Health, Environmental and
Intellectual Property Law are
areas of particular strength. The Law
Library is a depository for United States
government documents and for New Jersey
State documents. In addition, the
library houses the
papers of The Honorable
Peter W. Rodino, Jr. (1909 - 2005)
He served in the U.S. House of
Representatives as Congressman for the 10th
District of New Jersey for 40 years.
