    Intellectual Property is vital to the technology-driven global economy.  The Gibbons Institute of Law, Science & Technology aims to educate and train the next generation of attorneys and professionals for the complex issues they will face in the 21st century.
     
  • Center for Health & Pharmaceutical Law
    The Center provides an academic exploration of the varied and complex issues confronting the pharmaceutical and medical device industries, and addresses public policy issues on the access, research and regulation of pharmaceuticals and medical devices.
     
  • Center for Social Justice/Clinical Programs
    Seton Hall University School of Law provides students with outstanding legal preparation through one of the most comprehensive clinical and pro bono programs offered by any metropolitan-area law school. 
     
  • Health Care Compliance Certification Program
    The Health Care Compliance Certification Program
    is a multi-day educational program for compliance professionals and lawyers in the pharmaceutical and medical device industries

    The Faculty Colloquium Workshops are integral to Seton Hall's efforts to nurture a dynamic community of scholars and teachers. The Workshops allow Seton Hall to showcase the work of selected scholars from other universities and Seton Hall in a forum typified by vibrant interchange.
     
  • Center for Policy and Research
    The Center for Policy and Research gives students experience in forensic evidence analysis and evaluation, and also helps them gain investigative skills through the study of national security practices in the United States -- in particular, the detention center at Guantánamo. The students learn to conduct analysis and engage in advocacy that ultimately promotes human rights worldwide.
     
  • Center for Church-Related Nonprofit Corporations
    The mission of the Seton Hall Law Center for Church-Related Nonprofit Corporations is to provide independent, scholarly applied legal research on issues of strategic importance for the long-term viability of religiously affiliated nonprofit corporations, primarily, but not exclusively, Roman Catholic affiliated charitable corporations.
