Seton Hall Law will offer a three-day program allowing attorneys to earn 12 CLE credits (including 2 ethics credits) while experiencing the beauty, sophistication and old-world charm of Geneva, an international center for law diplomacy. Classes will be taught by a member of the Seton Hall Law faculty. The program offers a unique, interdisciplinary examination of cutting-edge issues including the Mentally Disabled, Organ Procurement and Distribution, and Legal and Ethical Issues in Managing Outbreaks During Large-Scale Humanitarian Crises. Classes will be combined with an academic visit to the World Health Organization’s Department of Ethics, Equity, Trade and Human Rights.
