Employment law is a highly relevant and significant area within the legal profession. It is a broad field that encompasses all aspects of the employment relationship. Specific areas within the field include employment discrimination, collective bargaining, pensions, and worker protections.

The Employment Law Society's mission is to advance knowledge about employment and labor law. The organization seeks to achieve this mission by providing opportunities for students interested in employment and labor law to explore this area of the law through events and other forums, as well as facilitate interaction with employment law practitioners.
