Litigation Society

The Litigation Society is a professional legal society. The purpose and mission of the Litigation Society is to "seek justice for all," by providing its members with a wide-variety of information about the civil justice system. This chapter is part of a larger, international coalition of attorneys, judges, law professors, paralegals, and law students. The Litigation Society promotes justice and fairness for injured persons, safeguards victims' rights, particularly the right to trial by jury, and strengthens the civil justice system through education and disclosure of information critical to public health and safety. The Litigation Society’s members have the opportunity to enhance their trial practice skills through either intra-school, Regional or National Trial Competitions. They also have opportunities to obtain invaluable mentorship, scholarships, and the ability to attend trial practice workshops. The Litigation Society welcomes all who support its mission to become members, without regard to sex, race, religion, or ethnic background.
