Damien Bevelle

Mr. Bevelle currently works for Holwell Shuster & Goldberg LLP.  Prior to this, he worked as a Clerk to the Honorable Steven C. Mannion in the District Court of New Jersey.  Prior to working as a Clerk, he was an Associate at DeCotiis, Fitzpatrick & Cole, LLP in the firm’s Municipal Law Group. Mr. Bevelle also served as a law clerk to the Honorable Greta Gooden Brown, J.S.C., in the Passaic County Superior Court, Criminal Division.

Mr. Bevelle was at Distinguished Scholar at Seton Hall Law School and was the recipient of the Raymond DelTufo, Esq. Award for Excellence in Constitutional Law, the Dorothy Day Scholarship, and the Newark Serviceman Schoalrship. While in law school he served on the Student Bar Association, as the President of the Black Law Students Association, and as a student representative on the Dean’s Diversity Council. As a law student, Mr. Bevelle studied abroad in both Zanzibar and Cairo. He also served as an intern to the Honorable Michael A. Shipp, U.S. Magistrate Judge, U.S. District Court for the District of New Jersey.

Before attending law school, Mr. Bevelle was Program Director for Miracle Makers, Partner/Senior Consultant at American Financial Co., and a Financial Advisor at Morgan Stanley Dean Witter. He obtained his B.S. in Finance and Banking from Hampton University in 1996.
