MATTHEW C. MOENCH

Matthew is an attorney at Bevan, Mosca & Giuditta in the Government, Regulatory and Legislative Affairs practice group where he advises clients on key public policy initiatives, with a particular focus on utility, energy, and clean energy and sustainability. Matthew provides legislative motioning and analysis on public policy and assista clients in navigating the various governmental agencies and authorities in federal, state and local government to assist clients in meeting their business needs. Matthew is a registered Government Affairs agent in New Jersey. Matthew also practices in the firm's litigation group, where he represents clients on complex commercial litigation, insurance coverage, and insurance defense. Matthew serves as the public defender in several municipalities throughout New Jersey.
Matthew continues to serve the Seton Hall community by coaching students as part of the Interscholastic Moot Court Program. He is an elected local official, serving as a Councilman in Bridgewater for 8 years. Matthew is married with two children, Jackson and Emmanuella. Matthew participates in the sport of ice curling in his free time.
