Calendar Event Planner

All events will be listed on applicable calendar web pages upon approval and (if applicable) in the Alumni email newsletter using the information you provide. Some content may be edited as needed for event RSVPs, social media, email marketing, and any special digital channels.

Event listing options include:

Calendar listing (event notification with no need to track attendance or only name and email with an RSVP) Examples include organization meetings, academic announcements.

Calendar listing with separate webpage (webpage lists information too voluminous for event listing, could include program agenda, speakers, CLE information) Examples include Journal Symposia, any CLE event.

Calendar listing with need to collect payment (All registrations collected through TouchNet. Allow additional time to create the payment page.)

LCD Slides

To post event information to the LCD screens throughout the building, please send completed PowerPoint slides in standard 4:3 size (*note 16:9 widescreen will not be accepted) directly to lawcommunications@shu.edu at least five (5) business days prior to the event scheduled date.
