Gary Studen works with PSEG where his focus is on and counsel of PSEG and all of its subsidiary companies in connection with litigation and government inquiries.

Previously, Gary was Counsel at Boies Schiller Flexner LLP, where he focused his practice on complex commercial litigation. Prior to joining Boies Schiller Flexner, Gary clerked for the Honorable Joseph A. Greenaway, Jr. on the United States Court of Appeals for the Third Circuit.

During law school, Gary served as a Comments Editor on the Seton Hall Law Review. Gary also was a member of the law school's Impact Litigation Clinic. In 2006, Gary graduated from the University of Maryland with a B.A. in Government and Politics.
