The Honorable Frank J. DeAngelis is a judge for the Superior Court of New Jersey. Frank also is a partner at Mound Cotton Wollan & Greengrass LLP and has close to twenty years of experience in domestic and international litigation.  His experience includes first- and third-party coverage and claims defense, multi-layered policy defense of complex property losses, defense of travel agents and tour operators under errors and omissions coverage, and general commercial litigation.

Frank has been an adjunct professor of law at Seton Hall since 2001 and was named Adjunct Professor of the Year for the 2008-09 school year.  He is an Emeritus member of Seton Hall Law Alumni Council.  Frank was also recognized by New York Metro Super Lawyers in 2013, 2014, New Jersey Super Layers in 2012, 2014, New Jersey Super Lawyers, Rising Stars, 2008-2010, as well as the New Jersey Law Journal's 40 Under 40 in 2009.  He is also a member of the Supreme Court of New Jersey, District V-A Ethics Committee, serving as the Vice-Chair from 2012-2013 and the Chair from 2013 to the Present.  Frank was also appointed to the Board of Trustees of Partners for Women and Justice, a non-profit organization providing assistance to victims of domestic violence.  Frank co-authored New Jersey Insurance Coverage Litigation Treaties: A Practitioner's Guide, which was published by ICLE in December 2014.

Frank and his wife Susan have three daughters and reside in Montville, NJ where Frank coaches his daughters' travel soccer teams.
