CLE Information

New Jersey is now an approved jurisdiction of New York Continuing Legal Education (CLE) credits thus allowing attorneys admitted in New York to attend and earn credits for programs accredited by New Jersey. Therefore, pursuant to New York rules, we will no longer issue New York CLE certificates. However, you will receive a New Jersey CLE certificate for your attendance which may be used to seek credit in New York. For more information on NY rules please see page 15 of the NY State CLE regulations and guidelines available at http://www.nycourts.gov/attorneys/cle/regulationsandguidelines.pdf.
