CLE Information
New Jersey is now an approved jurisdiction of New York Continuing Legal Education (CLE) credits thus allowing attorneys admitted in New York to attend and earn credits for programs accredited by New Jersey. Since Seton Hall Law School is an accredited provider of New Jersey CLE courses and the event will take place in New Jersey, New York has granted reciprocity to our program. Therefore, pursuant to New York rules, we will no longer issue New York CLE certificates. However, you will receive a New Jersey CLE certificate for your attendance which may be used to seek credit in New York. For more information on NY rules please see page 15 of the NY State CLE regulations and guidelines.
Seton Hall Law School is also an accredited provider for Pennsylvania CLE. If you are seeking Pennsylvania CLE credits, please be sure to provide your Pennsylvania attorney identification number and request a Pennsylvania certification and evaluation form at registration (check-in).
If requesting CLE credit, please confirm (below) that you are a practicing attorney.
I ( ) that I am a practicing attorney and request NJ CLE credits for attending this program. I understand that only a NJ Certificate of Attendance will be issued for my attendance and that I may use same to seek reciprocity for other jurisdictions including NY.
I ( ) that I am a practicing attorney and request PA CLE credits for attending this program. I understand that on the day of the event, I will need to provide Seton Hall University School of Law with my PA attorney identification number in order to receive the credits. PA credits will be available electronically; no Certificate of Attendance will be issued.
