Professor Bulbulia received his LL.B. from the London School of Economics and LL.M.
from the University of Michigan. He was a barrister at law of the Middle Temple and
an advocate before the Supreme Court of South Africa. He published in the areas of
corporations and professional responsibility. He came to Seton Hall in 1972, having
previously taught at the University of New Brunswick, Canada. Professor Bulbulia taught
a wide range of courses, but his main areas of expertise included Conflicts of Law,
Business Associations, and Criminal Law. He died in 2015, shortly after having retired.
