Professor Quaglia serves as Assistant Professor of Legal Practice and teaches Introduction to Lawyering I & II. Professor Quaglia joined Seton Hall Law School as a Legal Research and Writing Professor in 2003. In 2010, she joined Seton Hall’s Center for Health and Pharmaceutical Law and Policy program where she has taught a variety of online courses including Torts, Constitutional Law, Business Law, Introduction to Law and Legal Writing, Introduction to Contracts and Torts, Clinical Research and the Law, Biotechnology and the Law, Stark Law and Compliance, Health and Hospital Law, the Law of Patient Care, and Compliance Issues in Life Sciences. From 2001 to 2005, Professor Quaglia practiced law at K&L Gates. She graduated cum laude from Seton Hall University School of Law in 2000 and received a B.S. from Rutgers University in 1996. During law school, she served as a legal intern at the law firm of Epstein Becker & Green in Washington, D.C.  After graduating from law school in 2000, she served as a law clerk to Justice Virginia Long of the New Jersey Supreme Court. She is admitted to practice in the States of New Jersey, New York, and in the United States District Court for the District of New Jersey.
