Seton Hall Law congratulates Professor Jenny-Brooke Condon and the several students and alumni who achieved justice and a clarification of the law regarding the availability of employment benefits to someone detained for a crime they did not commit in the Haley case which we have been following since Professor Condon’s oral argument before the Court.
