Virtual Helpdesk (after hours support)   

Our LawHelpdesk is located in our 4th floor computer lab and staffed by IT professionals and student monitors weekdays from 9:00 am - 6:30 pm. They can be reached at 973-642-8017 or 973-761-9000 x8017, and at lawhelpdesk@shu.edu. If, however, our lawhelpdesk is unmanned or you are calling weekends or after hours, please submit your technical questions and problems through our Virtual LawHelpdesk form below. This resource is monitored continually throughout the day.
