Erica Eisinger
Visiting Professor
Professor Erica Eisinger specializes in Civil Procedure, Civil Rights Litigation, and Professional Responsibility.
Professor Eisinger received a Ph.D. in French from Yale University, and graduated from the University of Wisconsin Law School, magna cum laude, in 1982. She has worked in private practice, as well as on the faculty of University of Wisconsin Law School. She has also taught as a visiting faculty member at Marquette University School of Law, Justus Liebig Universitat, in Giessen, Germany and the Molengraaff Instituut voor Privaatrecht at the University of Utrecht in the Netherlands. Prof. Eisinger was the Director of Clinical Education at Wayne State University and an associate clincial professor, teaching such subjects as Civil Procedure, Professional Responsibility, Civil Rights Litigation, and Pretrial Civil Advocacy.
