At an in-person ceremony on May 26th at the New Jersey Performing Arts Center (NJPAC), graduates of the Class of 2021 were motivated and inspired by the words of prominent New Jersey lawyer, Kevin H. Marino, Esq. Marino is the founding partner of Marino, Tortorella & Boyle, P.C., one of the most well respected white-collar criminal defense and complex civil litigation boutique law firms in the country. Marino received his undergraduate degree from Drew University and his law degree, cum laude, from Seton Hall Law School in 1984 where he served as editor-in-chief of the law review. Ever committed to his alma mater, Marino has taught criminal procedure, professional responsibility, trial advocacy and legal writing as an adjunct professor at Seton Hall Law; in 2010 the Law School recognized Marino’s excellence with its Distinguished Graduate Award and in 2019 with the St. Thomas More Medal. He has served as a member of the Law School Board of Visitors since its founding and presently is the Chairman of the Seton Hall University Board of Regents.
