Financial Aid and Scholarships

Seton Hall Law is committed to helping current and prospective Seton Hall Law students find the means to obtain a legal education. In the 2014-15 academic year, the School of Law awarded approximately $28 million in financial aid to 85% of students. Financial aid is granted on the basis of need and/or academic merit and comes from both federal and private sources.

You may request a confidential meeting to discuss the various types of financial aid, or to obtain assistance in planning and budgeting for law school costs. This information can be instrumental in helping you manage your financial obligation, particularly if you are considering loans to finance your degree.
