Seton Hall Law's Master of Science in Jurisprudence (MSJ or MS) program is designed for non-lawyers eager to advance their careers and enhance their marketability in the healthcare, pharmaceutical, information technology, telecommunications and biotechnology fields. As an MS student, you can concentrate in Health and Hospital Law, Pharmaceutical and Medical Device Law & Compliance, or Intellectual Property Law. Joint concentrations are also available. You will have the option of completing our 30-credit-hour Master of Jurisprudence online, or as a hybrid online/traditional (in-person) degree program.
MSJ applicants do not have to take the GRE or LSAT. Students enrolled in the MSJ degree online program do not have a residency requirement. The degree can be completed in just two years on a part-time schedule.
