The Diversity Banquet celebrates diversity and inclusion in the legal profession, hosted by Seton Hall University School of Law's Office of Equity, Justice, and Engagement and seven student affinity organizations - the Asian Pacific American Law Students Association (APALSA), the Black Law Students Association (BLSA), the Jewish Law Students Association (JLSA), the Latin American Students Association (LALSA), Muslim Law Students Association (MLSA). Lambda Law Alliance, and South Asian Law Students Association (SALSA).
The Diversity Banquet also recognizes individuals who advance diversity in the legal community and raises funds to support student affinity organizations and award scholarships to one deserving member of each organization.
This year's program will feature a networking reception and keynote address by the Honorable Zahid Quraishi, US District Court Judge for the District of New Jersey.
