The Student Bar Association (SBA)
The Seton Hall SBA represents Seton Hall Law students by promoting student interests,
advocating for student life and academic concerns, and acting as a liaison to the
administration on behalf of students. The SBA sponsors a variety of practical, social,
and educational events throughout the year.
The ABA offers student membership to all Seton Hall Law students because it is an

Diversity and inclusion are essential to the Seton Hall culture and community. We
foster diversity in thought, beliefs, and perspectives from people who represent different
cultures, religions, ethnicities, and gender identities. We believe our community
can only benefit when students with different backgrounds and experiences come together
to learn, analyze, and reform the law. Diversity & Inclusion
Being a part of the LEO program has provided me some of my closest friendships who
have really been my support system to help me get through law school. Rely on the
resources available to you, including resources outside of the law school, and build
relationships with your professors, as their mentorship will go way beyond law school.
Genesis Canela ‘24
LALSA, like other affinity organizations at Seton Hall Law, provides invaluable mentorship
and networking opportunities. As a first-generation law student and college student,
LALSA provided a community for others like me from the first day of law school, in
what can be an intimidating new experience.
