Service Desk Hours

Fall 2024

The Rodino Center is scheduled to be open 6 a.m. to noon daily (Monday – Sunday). The Service Desk will be open from 8 a.m. to 6 p.m. Monday – Friday. Additionally, the Service Desk will be open from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. on Saturdays and Sundays. You can contact us via Live Chat during Service Desk hours for assistance. For research assistance, email [email protected]. 

Holidays and Exceptions

Fall 2024

• Monday, September 2 (Labor Day): 9 a.m. - 5 p.m
• Monday, October 6 – Friday, October 10 (Fall Break): 9 a.m. - 5 p.m.
• Wednesday, November 26: 9 - 2 p.m.
• Thursday, November 27 and Friday, November 28 (Thanksgiving): Service Desk Closed
• Monday, December 23 – Thursday, January 2: Service Desk Closed
