All law students are limited to 15 credits of distance learning courses that can be used towards their law degree. Distance learning courses are indicated in the registration handbook and can be synchronous or asynchronous. This cap on online courses ensures that all graduates are eligible to sit for the New York Bar Exam.
Day students may be required to obtain permission from the Associate Dean for Academics to enroll in certain distance learning courses.
