Round out your training experience by combining our flagship four-day Healthcare Compliance Certificate Program and the PLUS program! The four-day program immerses attendees in the statutes, regulations, and other guidance that comprise the body of law known as “fraud and abuse law.” Participants engage in group problem-solving activities and analyze the covered laws and regulations through case studies. On the fifth day, the PLUS program adds coverage of emergent issues in life sciences. This one-day and interactive supplement will focus on the Foreign Corrupt Practices Act (FCPA) on October 9, 2026 and the focus on June 11, 2027 is to be announced. Attendees will learn about the industry’s most pressing compliance issues, and engage in small group problem-solving activities, discussion, and case studies. At the course's end, each attendee is provided a certificate of completion indicating a specialization in the added topics addressed during the PLUS day.
