Refunds

If you need to cancel your registration, please make your request 10 days prior to the date of the event for a full refund. If your cancellation is received between 5-9 days prior to the date of the event, you will receive a partial refund as we will retain a $10 administrative holdback fee. No refunds will be issued if cancellation is not requested at least 5 days prior to the event.

Substitutions

Individuals unable to attend may request a substitution no later than 2 days prior to the event start date. To request changes, please contact the event coordinator listed in the contact information section.
