I hereby give permission to Seton Hall University School of Law (“SHLS”) to record, edit, use, reproduce, publish and distribute by way of photograph, video, digital recordings, and other media (electronic or otherwise) my audio and/or video and/or photographic recordings or likeness and/or the information contained therein for news, educational, promotional, fund-raising or other reasonable purposes. I understand and agree that SHLS may use my images or depictions without associating my name thereto and may publish such images or depictions without my notification.
I understand that no organization, individual, or company will pay for use of my audio and/or video and/or photographic recordings or likeness and/or the information contained therein and that SHLS will have unlimited usage rights of same for purposes related to SHLS.
I hereby release and discharge SHLS, its agents, successors and assigns from any and all claims and demands arising out of, or in connection with, the use of said audio and/or video and/or photographic recordings or likeness and/or the information contained therein.
