This one-day, healthcare compliance certificate supplement is an interactive, intensive, hands-on day focusing on today's trends and challenges in the pharmaceutical and device industries.
Attendees will learn about the industry's most pressing compliance issues, and engage in small group discussion and case studies.

The June 6, 2025 U.S. Healthcare Compliance Certificate Program PLUS will be exclusively in-person at our Newark, NJ campus (1109 Raymond Blvd, Newark, NJ 07102).
The October 10, 2025 U.S. Healthcare Compliance Certificate Program PLUS will be offered in hybrid mode. Attendees may choose to attend the program in-person at our Law School campus in Newark, New Jersey or remotely in a virtual format. You will be able to select your mode of attendance during registration.

The U.S. Healthcare Compliance Certificate Program is offered through the Seton Hall Law School Center for Health & Pharmaceutical Law, a leading center for research and scholarship. The Center educates lawyers and professionals in the health care and life sciences industries regarding the intricate and multifaceted set of laws that govern patients, health care providers, manufacturers, and suppliers. Center faculty and research fellows produce scholarship, white papers, and recommendations for policy on the varied and complex issues posed by health and pharmaceutical law, health care access, human subject research, mental health issues, and non-profit governance. The Center fosters informed dialogue among policymakers, consumer advocates, the medical profession and industry in the search for solutions to the ethical, legal, and social questions presented in the health and pharmaceutical arena.
