Organized by the Gibbons Institute of Law, Science & Technology and hosted at Seton Hall University School of Law, this afternoon workshop invites participants to share current research on the problems of securing computer resources, in both Earth-based networks and those in Earth orbit, on the Moon, and beyond. Led by Dr. David Opderbeck, Professor of Law and Co-Director of the Gibbons Institute and Institute for Privacy Protection, and Dr. Matthew Hersch, Fellow and Adjunct Professor of Law, Gibbons Institute, this workshop will consist of several panels, each of which will offer scholars opportunities to present informally upon topic of their research. Intended to provide a forum for early-stage research, the workshop will produce no proceedings volume; rather it will be an opportunity to share and refine their current scholarship in a supportive and collegial environment.
