Option 1
1. Please be advised that I have applied to convert from the weekend program to the full-time day program as of the Fall 2021 semester. As a result, I hereby wish to seek residency credit for my 2021 Summer Session credits (must take at least 5 credits) for which I have enrolled at Seton Hall Law School. I further understand that I will be charged one-half of a semester's full-time tuition for the 2021-22 academic year plus applicable fees.
Note: If ultimately you are not eligible to convert to the full-time day program, please indicate whether you would then wish to use Summer Session 2021 credits to seek residency credit towards graduating in seven and one-half semesters by also checking number 3.
Option 2

As a result, I hereby wish to seek residency credit for my 2021 Summer Session credits for which I have enrolled at Seton Hall Law School. I further understand that I will be charged one-half of a semester’s full-time tuition for the 2020-21 academic year plus applicable fees.
