Kevin Weber is a partner in the litigation group at Gibbons P.C., where he represents
businesses in a broad range of commercial litigation, dispute resolution, and general
counseling matters. Additionally, Mr. Weber is actively involved in his firm's pro
bono practice. He is a member of the Generation Now Committee for Volunteer Lawyers
for Justice and participates each year in Gibbons' program with NJ LEEP.
Prior to joining Gibbons, Mr. Weber served as a law clerk to the Honorable Kenneth
S. Levy, Presiding Judge, Superior Court of New Jersey, Chancery Division, General
Equity Part, in Newark. Mr. Weber remains actively involved in the Equity Jurisprudence
sections of the New Jersey and Essex County Bar Associations.
Mr. Weber graduated from Seton Hall University School of Law in 2008. While at the
law school, he was the Business Editor of the Seton Hall Law Review. He stays involved
in Seton Hall Law by serving as a judge for the Appellate Advocacy Moot Court Board
and Gressman Moot Court Competition.
Kevin and his wife Julie (Seton Hall Law class of '09) live in Ho-Ho-Kus, New Jersey
with their two children.
