Mr. Bevelle was at Distinguished Scholar at Seton Hall Law School and was the recipient of the Raymond DelTufo, Esq. Award for Excellence in Constitutional Law, the Dorothy Day Scholarship, and the Newark Serviceman Schoalrship. While in law school he served on the Student Bar Association, as the President of the Black Law Students Association, and as a student representative on the Dean’s Diversity Council. As a law student, Mr. Bevelle studied abroad in both Zanzibar and Cairo. He also served as an intern to the Honorable Michael A. Shipp, U.S. Magistrate Judge, U.S. District Court for the District of New Jersey.

Before attending law school, Mr. Bevelle was Program Director for Miracle Makers, Partner/Senior Consultant at American Financial Co., and a Financial Advisor at Morgan Stanley Dean Witter. He obtained his B.S. in Finance and Banking from Hampton University in 1996.

Michelle Capezza is a member of Epstein Becker Green in the Employee Benefits and Health Care and Life Sciences practices and she co-leads the Technology, Media and Telecommunications strategic industry group.  She has more than 20 years of experience in the areas of ERISA, Employee Benefits, and Executive Compensation and provides counsel on qualified retirement plans, ERISA fiduciary responsibilities, nonqualified deferred compensation arrangements, employee welfare benefits plans, equity/incentive programs, and benefit issues that arise in corporate transactions.  She often partners with clients' in-house attorneys, human resources professionals, and benefit plan service providers with respect to these types of matters.  Ms. Capezza represents a range of clients, from Fortune 500 companies and multinational corporations, to non-profit entities, medium-sized businesses, and individual executives, across various industries, including financial services, health care, technology, media, telecommunications, hospitality, and retail.

Ms. Capezza was recommended for her work in employee benefits and executive compensation on a national level in The Legal 500 United States (2013, 2014 and 2016).  She was selected to the New York Metro Super Lawyers (2014 to 2016) and Top Women Lists (2014, 2015).  Ms. Capezza received the 2012 Excellence in Achievement Award from the Peter W. Rodino, Jr. Society at Seton Hall University School of Law, for her commitment to excellence and compassionate service in the field of law.  In 2011, Ms. Capezza was named a Rising Star by the New York Super Lawyers-Metro Edition, and in 2009 she was named a Rising Star by the New Jersey Super Lawyers magazine for her work in Employee Benefits/ERISA.  Ms. Capezza has also been recognized in Marquis Who's Who in America, American Law, and Emerging Leaders.

Prior to joining Epstein Becker Green, Ms. Capezza practiced Employee Benefits Law in both New York and New Jersey with prominent law firms ranked in the AM Law 100 and 200.  She also served as corporate in-house counsel to financial institutions with businesses in the retirement plan and equity award plan recordkeeping industry.  Earlier in her career, Ms. Capezza served as a judicial law clerk in the Superior Court of New Jersey (Civil Part) and worked on Wall Street in the brokerage industry in the area of corporate services and retirement product development.  Her combination of law firm, corporate in-house legal, and business experience allows her to provide clients with understandable, practical advice with regard to technical issues, in order to attain their business goals.

In addition to her work at the firm, Ms. Capezza is an adjunct faculty member of the Seton Hall University School of Law, where she has taught a course in Corporate Transactional skills (a practical skills course designed to prepare law students for transactional practice following graduation).  In addition, Ms. Capezza is Vice President of the Board of Trustees of The First American Inn of Transactional Counsel (American Inns of Court), an organization devoted to promoting professionalism, civility, ethics, and excellent legal skills at the American bench and bar.  She contributes to and serves as editor of the firm's Technology Employment Law blog (www.technologyemploymentlaw.com), which provides insight and commentary on legal issues facing today's technology companies.  Ms. Capezza is also a member of the New Jersey Technology Council and an NJTC Technology Ambassador. She is also a frequent national speaker on a variety of employee benefits and executive compensation topics including health reform, financial regulatory reform, fiduciary issues under ERISA, the future of retirement benefits, and overall trends in these and other areas.  She has published numerous articles in various publications such as The Employee Benefit Plan Review, The BNA Health Insurance Report, The BNA Pension & Benefits Reporter, The BNA Health Law Reporter, The Metropolitan Corporate Counsel, Confero and TechNews.

Antonio “Tony” Celii serves as General Counsel, Head of Human Resources and Corporate Secretary for the CapSpecialty insurance group.  Based out of CapSpecialty’s New York City offices, Tony is responsible for leading and managing: the legal, compliance and regulatory groups; corporate governance; and the HR department for the company which is comprised of approximately 300 employees across many office locations nationwide.  

Immediately prior to joining CapSpecialty, Tony was employed as Associate General Counsel and Senior Vice President for the Small Business, Trade Credit and Political Risk business units within the Commercial Insurance group of AIG.  While at AIG, in addition to performing in numerous leadership roles, Tony was chosen to be a mentor in the Small Business Mentorship Program and served as a Specialist in the AIG Pro Bono Program (which received the 2014 Corporate Pro Bono Partner Award).  Before joining AIG in 2007, Tony was a senior associate with the law firm of Connell Foley, LLP located in Roseland, NJ, where, he focused his practice on complex insurance coverage, regulatory compliance/administrative law and commercial litigation. 

Prior to his employment at Connell Foley in 2003, Tony served as an Assistant District Attorney in the Trial Division of the New York County District Attorney’s Office and was responsible for leading all stages of felony prosecution from arrest through sentencing including Grand Jury presentations and trials.  He is licensed to practice in New Jersey and New York.  Tony received his B.A degree from the University of Pittsburgh, where he graduated Cum Laude and his J.D. degree from Seton Hall University, where he was a Lordi Scholarship Recipient.

Tamara R. Coley is a Regulatory Council, Division of Policy Development for the Office of Generic Drugs, Center for Drug Evaluation and Research Food and Drug Administration.  Immediately prior, Tamara was an associate at Kenyon & Kenyon LLP and a member of the Life Sciences group. Prior to joining the firm, Ms. Coley was a graduate assistant at Seton Hall Law School. She has a background in biology and public health, having worked as a research assistant at Columbia University School of Public Health where she studied the Sociomedical Sciences. 

After her graduate studies, Ms. Coley worked at the University of Medicine and Dentistry of New Jersey in various legal and health education capacities where she was involved in researching and drafting memoranda on hospital legal issues. She also helped design and implement programs to address health and safety concerns such as a child pedestrian safety curriculum for Newark public schools, a trauma center injury prevention intervention initiative, and an emergency department stroke education program. 

Ms. Coley earned her B.A. in Biology from Haverford College, where her senior research examined biological explanations for the high prevalence of HIV in sub-Saharan Africa. She earned her Master of Public Health from Columbia University School of Public Health, specializing in health promotion disease prevention. She earned her J.D. from Seton Hall University School of Law where she was a member of the Seton Hall Legislative Journal, Health Law Advocates, and the Black Law Student Association.

The Honorable Frank J. DeAngelis is a judge for the Superior Court of New Jersey. Frank also is a partner at Mound Cotton Wollan & Greengrass LLP and has close to twenty years of experience in domestic and international litigation.  His experience includes first- and third-party coverage and claims defense, multi-layered policy defense of complex property losses, defense of travel agents and tour operators under errors and omissions coverage, and general commercial litigation.

Frank has been an adjunct professor of law at Seton Hall since 2001 and was named Adjunct Professor of the Year for the 2008-09 school year.  He is an Emeritus member of Seton Hall Law Alumni Council.  Frank was also recognized by New York Metro Super Lawyers in 2013, 2014, New Jersey Super Layers in 2012, 2014, New Jersey Super Lawyers, Rising Stars, 2008-2010, as well as the New Jersey Law Journal's 40 Under 40 in 2009.  He is also a member of the Supreme Court of New Jersey, District V-A Ethics Committee, serving as the Vice-Chair from 2012-2013 and the Chair from 2013 to the Present.  Frank was also appointed to the Board of Trustees of Partners for Women and Justice, a non-profit organization providing assistance to victims of domestic violence.  Frank co-authored New Jersey Insurance Coverage Litigation Treaties: A Practitioner's Guide, which was published by ICLE in December 2014.

Frank and his wife Susan have three daughters and reside in Montville, NJ where Frank coaches his daughters' travel soccer teams.

Tim Donohue is a former president of the Seton Hall Alumni Association. He previously served as an adjunct professor and legal writing instructor at the law school. Both of his surviving brothers, the Honorable Joseph P. Donohue, J.S.C. and Assistant Prosecutor James Donohue, also graduated from Seton Hall Law School. While attending law school in the evenings, Tim served as an editor of the Seton Hall Law Review. He graduated magna cum laude 1984. After law school, Tim clerked for the Honorable Dickinson R. Debevoise in federal court in Newark.

Mr. Donohue is a founding partner of the law firm of Arleo & Donohue, a litigation boutique located in West Orange, New Jersey. Tim specializes in white collar criminal defense and complex civil litigation. He has appeared in cases throughout the country and has been recognized by his peers as one of the leading trial attorneys in the state. Tim is a frequent lecturer on trial advocacy topics. He is an active member of the Association of Criminal Defense Lawyers of New Jersey, the United States District Court Historical Society and the Association of the Federal Bar. He was the law school's distinguished honoree at the 2008 Many Are One reception. Tim is an Emeritus member of Seton Hall Law Alumni Council.

In his spare time, Tim enjoys spending time with his wife Nina and his two daughters Alison and Mary Juliet. He is a season ticket holder for the Seton Hall basketball team and loves to play golf, although not particularly well.

Having moved to New Jersey from Montreal Canada, I began law school not knowing a single person. The people of Seton Hall, meaning the staff, faculty, students, and alumni took an interest in me, supported me, and provided me with opportunities to succeed. I took advantage as best I could, and today I'm proud to say that I'm a 2007 graduate working at City of Jersey City Department of Law as a Corporation Counsel.  Prior to joining City of Jersey City, I worked as an associate at McElroy, Deutsch, Mulvaney & Carpenter, LLP ("MDMG").

While attending Seton Hall, I served as a member of the Seton Hall Sports and Entertainment Law Journal and as a Student Bar Association Senator. As an alumnus, I'm a member of the Alumni Council and the Dean's Diversity Council. I'm admitted to practice law in the State of New Jersey, the United States District Court for the District of New Jersey, and the State of New York. I joined MDMC in 2007, at which time I practiced Commercial Litigation, Municipal Law, Condemnation Law, Construction Litigation, and Bankruptcy. Desiree Grace is an Assistant United States Attorney for the United States Attorney's Office located in Newark, New Jersey.  She is currently in the Appeals Division, which handles all criminal appeals to the Third Circuit Court of Appeals that originated within the District of New Jersey.  Prior to joining the U.S. Attorney's Office, Desiree completed clerkships with the Honorable Morton I. Greenberg on the Third Circuit Court of Appeals and the Honorable Stuart J. Rabner, Chief Justice of the New Jersey Supreme Court.  Desiree also spent two years as a litigation associate at McCarter & English where she focused her practice in product liability and business litigation. 

While in law school, Desiree was the Managing Editor of the Seton Hall Law Review and competed on the Interscholastic Moot Court Board.

Jodi Anne Hudson serves as Of Counsel to the civil ligation and insurance coverage groups at Connell Foley LLP in Roseland, New Jersey. Jodi has been with Connell Foley LLP since 2000. As a civil litigator, Jodi has tried more than 30 cases in state court, and became certified as a Civil Trial attorney in May of 2008. Prior to working at Connell Foley LLP, Jodi was an Assistant District Attorney in the Bronx, where she worked in the Investigations Division on such cases as pattern robberies, official misconduct, gambling enterprises, and crimes committed on Rikers Island.

Jodi currently serves as Director of Seton Hall's Interscholastic Moot Court Board. She has held this position since 2000. While at Seton Hall Law School, Jodi was a member of the Board from 1994-1996. She competed in the National Moot Court Competition, finishing third in the nation. In addition, she was also awarded Second Best Oralist honors in the Northeast Region at the regional round of the national competition.

In her spare time, of which she has none, Jodi is an Emerita member of Seton Hall Law’s School’s Alumni Council. Her hobbies include friends, family, fitness and the Dallas Cowboys.

During law school, Caroline served as the Vice President of the Student Bar Association and Senior Notes Editor of the Seton Hall Legislative Journal.  Caroline also participated in the Seton Hall Law Center for Social Justice's Civil Rights and Constitutional Litigation Clinic.  Caroline graduated from the University of Connecticut in 2009, where she majored in Anthropology and Political Science, with a minor in Human Rights.

Caroline is an avid fan of the New England Patriots and was a nationally-ranked equestrian for many years.

Catherine Pontoriero is an Associate at Proskauer Rose LLP and practices in the firm's Labor and Employment Group.  Previously, she practiced labor and employment law at a large New Jersey law firm, and served as a law clerk to the Honorable Joel A. Pisano in the United States District Court, District of New Jersey and the Honorable Clarkson S. Fisher Jr., in the New Jersey Superior Court, Appellate Division.

Ms. Pontoriero was a Distinguished Scholar at Seton Hall Law and a recipient of the Joseph P. Lordi Memorial Scholarship and the Rodino Scholarship.  While in law school, Ms. Pontoriero was the Managing Editor of the Seton Hall Circuit Review, participated in the Immigrant Workers' Rights Clinic, where she obtained political asylum for her client, and was co-president of the Rodino Society.  She also interned at the United States Attorney's Office, District of New Jersey.

Michael J. Costello, Assignment Judge of the Essex County Vicinage.  While pursuing his law degree.  Mike served on the Seton Hall Law Legislature Journal and completed internships with the Honorable Faith S. Hochberg, U.S.D.J. and the United States Equal Opportunity Commission ("EEOC").

Robert is a Partner with MacNeill, O’Neill & Riveles who maintains a varied litigation practice.  He is involved in all aspects of suits alleging medical malpractice, premises liability, nursing home negligence as well as commercial litigation.  He has been designated Trial Counsel in medical malpractice actions as well as business disputes.  Robert was also involved with his former Firm's Hospitality practice, wherein he handled Summary Proceedings in New Jersey and New York.

In addition to state and federal actions, Robert is involved with appellate work, defending successful lower court decisions. Jason T. Watson currently serves as the First Assistant Corporation Counsel for the City of Jersey City. Before joining Jersey City in July 2013, Jason was an associate with Brach Eichler, specializing in labor and employment law. Brandon Lee Wolff represents clients in state, federal and bankruptcy courts. His practice focuses on the representation of creditors and committees in bankruptcy proceedings, national lenders in contested foreclosure matters in New York, and creditors in collection and replevin cases in Florida. In addition, Brandon represents environmental corporations and state governments in federal litigation.

Brandon also has experience in healthcare law including drafting policies related to HIPAA, clinical research, record retention, advance directives, patients’ rights, peer review and ambulatory surgery centers. He has drafted employment policies, reviewed physician employment agreements and conducted due diligence prior to acquisition of medical practices. Additionally, Brandon has investigated novel issues relating to the Anti-Kickback Statute, Medicare Anti-Assignment provisions, OIG Advisory Opinions, FDA guidance, health consulting companies, and regulations of the HHS Office of Human Research Protection, Board of Medical Examiners, Board of Dentistry and Board of Nursing.

Zazzali-Hogan is now a judge at Monmouth County Courthouse.  Prior to working at Monmouth County Courthouse, she worked as a Director/Partner at Gibbons P.C. in Newark where she primarily concentrated her practice in complex litigation matters, including commercial litigation and litigation related to pharmaceuticals, medical devices and clinical laboratories. In the fields of pharmaceutical and medical device litigation, she has been involved with patent infringement and antitrust matters, insurance coverage disputes arising out of alleged pharmaceutical product defects, general products liability and restrictive covenants. In the area of clinical laboratory defense, she has represented clients in varying disciplines.

Before joining Gibbons P.C., she served as a judicial clerk for an Associate Justice of the New Jersey Supreme Court, Daniel J. O'Hern, and a United States District Court Judge, William Bassler. Also, she is an Emerita member of Seton Hall Law School's Alumni Council.

She married a Seton Hall graduate, John Hogan, and they have three children. She like sports and traveling and is proficient in Italian.
