Professor Jenny-Brooke Condon and the Center for Social Justice Making Significant Impact on Law Reform

Seton Hall Law’s Center for Social Justice Professor Jenny-Brooke Condon presented an argument before the New Jersey Supreme Court challenging New Jersey's denial of unemployment benefits to an individual who was detained on charges that were subsequently dismissed. Students on the brief include Jenna Passerino, Jennifer Cacchiloi, Andrew Koske, each of whom is a 2019 graduate.
