This course covers laws that protect financial privacy in the United States, including relevant constitutional principles; the Right to Financial Privacy Act; the Gramm-Leach Bliley Act; the Fair Credit Reporting Act (as amended by the Fair and Accurate Credit Transactions Act); and the Bank Secrecy Act.
